PLASTIC LINERS & COVERS

Plastic liners (Gaylord Liners) and covers are used to protect raw materials from a container that might be harmful to the product being processed, stored, or transported. These liners fit inside corrugated boxes, metal bins, fiberglass and plastic containers, and cover the bottom and the sides of the box in heavy duty polyethylene plastic. Our low density liners are available in all thicknesses and in various sizes and can be conveniently stored on neat, perforated, easy-to-dispense rolls. Our plastic liners are manufactured using Prime Virgin FDA resins and have many industrial bulk processed applications. They are used widely in the packaging of:

Stock Liners:

We can also create custom size drum and pail liners for your rectangular receptacles.

DETERMINE THE SIZE POLY BAG TO ORDER FOR YOUR RECTANGULAR RECEPTACLES

Example: A -- Length -- 28" B -- Width -- 22" C -- Height -- 26"
FOR A COVER: Add approximately 3-4" to either A or B for a loose fit. For height (C) add one half of width (B) to actual height.
A -- 28 + 4" B C -- 26 + 11"	= 32" = 22" = 37"	Size to order: 32" x 22" x 37"
FOR AN INNER LINER: Use the same directions as above for width and length. For the height, add all of dimension B (width of object) to actual height plus a few inches for overlapping the ends of the liner.
A -- 28 + 4" B C -- 26 + 22" + 3"	= 32" = 22" =51"	Size to order: 32" x 22" x 51"
